Facial and neck liposuction can help sculpt the face by removing excess fat. Neck liposuction is often performed in conjunction with such procedures as genioplasty and corrective jaw surgery.

Forehead/brow lift is often done in conjunction with blepharoplasty to improve brow positioning, minimize frown lines and reduce forehead wrinkles.

Endoscopic brow lift: this procedure is done endoscopically and many small incisions are made behind the hairline, hidden within the hair. Dr. Hamilton-Hall then uses a different instrument (fiber optic technology) to lift and secure the forehead tissue in place through a separate incision.
Classic or coronal brow lift: a coronal brow lift sounds similar to how many patients imagine a facelift. An incision is made at or behind the hairline at the top of the head. The incision usually runs from the top of one ear across the forehead to the top of the other ear. The skin is then lifted to its new position with the skin in front of the incision overlapping the incision. The overlapping scalp is then removed, excess skin is removed, and the incision is sewn closed.
Temporal (limited incision) brow lift: a temporal brow lift is used mainly to elevate the lateral (outer one-third) brow region. Incisions are made in the temple area behind the hairline.
Hairline (trichophytic) brow lift: similar to the coronal brow lift, the hairline brow lift uses an incision between the top of the forehead and the beginning of the hairline. The skin is lifted, the overlap is removed, and the incision is sewn together. This procedure removes skin from the forehead instead of the scalp, minimizing the impact on the hairline.
